• For service booking, contact us 48 hours ahead. Kindly note that our fees cover car only—tickets and extras not included. Minimum 4 people for booking; less than 4, pay for 4.
• Charter service runs from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM with 10 consecutive hours included. Overtime is charged at $100 AUD/hour, counted by the hour. For services between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, a night fee of $30 AUD/hour applies. Airport transfers during this time incur a flat $60 AUD surcharge.
• We offer 5-seaters, 7-seaters, 8-seaters, and larger 5–12 seaters on request. Please confirm all routes and activity details with our team before booking—orders are subject to customer service confirmation. Website routes are for reference and may vary. Orders placed without prior confirmation may be canceled. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancel more than 7 days in advance – No fee
2. Cancel 2 to 7 days in advance – 50% fee
3. Cancel within 1 day of departure – Full fee applies
